Chuck Carroll

Mr. Carroll brings years of experience and insight to OrthoSynetics. He has significant experience in the healthcare industry including Sun Healthcare, Healthcare Partners, Inc., and Nevada Cancer Institute. Prior to joining OrthoSynetics, Mr. Carroll worked in the U.S. division of Pricewaterhouse Coopers’ (PwC) Financial Advisory Services group. Prior to joining PwC, Mr. Carroll was a financial analyst for a national real estate development and management firm.
Joe Sivori
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Sivori joined DentalSynetics in 2011. Prior to his joining OSI, Mr. Sivori was the Chief Financial Officer of Dental Technology, Inc. (DTI), known as SmileCare, which was a $130 million dental practice management company managing 57 dental offices throughout California, Nevada and Texas.
Angela Weber
Chief Marketing Officer
Ms. Weber is responsible for the strategic brand direction and public relations initiatives of DentalSynetics’ services and products. Angela joined DentalSynetics in 2000 and has a vast knowledge of current and past marketing trends, as well as philosophies and strategies for marketing within the healthcare industry. Angela is featured regularly in industry magazines on marketing best practices and speaks on behalf of DentalSynetics at industry events.
Gibson Pratt
Senior Vice President & General Counsel
Mr. Pratt has been employed as in-house counsel by DentalSynetics since September 2001. Prior to that, while in private practice in San Diego, California he represented the company for five years as national trial counsel. Before joining the company he practiced law privately as a partner with law firms in Washington, D.C., Phoenix, Newport Beach, and San Diego. In his private practice he specialized in commercial and banking transactions and litigation.
Toby Buckalew
Chief Information Officer
Mr. Buckalew is an experienced technology and operations executive with over 24 years of experience in military retail, financial, and healthcare markets. Working and consulting in the healthcare field in both Cardiovascular Practice Management and Convenient Care industries, Mr. Buckalew specialized in the evaluation and implementation of technology – designing staffing and technology solutions for unique business needs.
Holly Powell
Corporate Controller
In July 2005, Ms. Powell joined DentalSynetics as the Financial Reporting Accountant. At the end of 2009, she was promoted to Assistant Corporate Controller. As of January 2011, she was promoted to Corporate Controller. In this capacity, she is responsible for all aspects of the company’s accounting, tax, financial reporting, budgeting, and internal controls.
Dr. Dick Lester
Senior Vice President, Practice Development
Prior to joining DentalSynetics, Dr. Lester was Owner, President and CEO of the highly successful “The Dentist Place”, a multi-specialty dental group, including but not limited to general dentistry, orthodontics, pediatric dentistry and oral surgery with multiple offices throughout Florida. Following the sale of that business Dr. Lester joined DentalSynetics, as Senior Vice President Professional Development.
Chuck Grady
Senior Vice President Business Development
Mr. Grady has over 31 years of experience in executive sales management in the dental, technology and consumer products industries. He has worked with GlaxoSmithKline, 3M Unitek, Ormco and Opal Orthodontics. After a successful start-up and expansion of Opal Orthodontics, he took the position of North American Sales Manager at American Orthodontics, the world’s largest privately held orthodontic supply company. Charles joined OrthoSynetics in July of 2011 as VP of New Business Development.
